I tested the bag last night by putting a yellow sticky note in it with some writing and submersing it in the sink. Amazingly, the yellow sticky remained completely dry! These bags are really nice, however, they aren't cheap... If they could come up with a less costly version, it would end the wet log issues for good!
On another note, today at lunch, I had the pleasure of hunting a letterbox in a really nice location. It was in a park, that along with the normal amenities, included a small garden. The garden was well maintained and very scenic. There are also various stones giving tribute to victims of mass disasters all through the park.

This box was especially enjoyable for me, because the box was not in the usual dark critter ridden hole. I didn't even have to tromp through snake ridden high grass! Now I'm not saying that these things make for a bad letterbox experience, I'm merely saying that not having to venture out of my comfort zone to retrieve a box makes it that much more enjoyable for me.
Anyhow, this one is definitely worth your time. I wonder why there aren't any geocaches in areas like this?
